Oh the lights on the boardwalk are pretty

Just got back from the city.

Spending time here and then

The rest of the way home again.

My home town beckons me once more.

When you see it you know it

Home and family

where I make my stand

This is my land.

Used to be a creek

bout a half mile away.

And I would go there

And spend all day

On stage in a local  bar

Singing to a star

And I’m remembering

All the bands i played in
